Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee all aspects of the construction phase of custom home renovations</li><li>Effective design interpretation and layout</li><li>Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes</li><li>Manage subcontractors and other project personnel to ensure quality work and adherence to project schedules</li><li>Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards</li><li>Work collaboratively with architects, designers and engineers, to identify and address design and construction issues</li><li>Manage all aspects of the site, including material deliveries, site cleanliness, and site safety</li><li>Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and ensure satisfaction</li><li>Ensure that project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project plans, are complete and accurate</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Respect for architecture and interior design</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional trade school or apprenticeship training preferred</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end custom residential construction in the San Francisco Bay Area</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques</li><li>Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents</li><li>Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software such as Procore</li><li>Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Full Time Starting salary at $133,000-$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience</li><li>Health Care</li><li>Retirement Plan with employer matching</li><li>10 Paid Holidays per year</li><li>PTO</li></ul>We recognize that Black, Indigenous and other people of color, women, and LGBTQIA+ individuals are disproportionately excluded from the residential construction industry.
