We are seeking an experienced and exceptional Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and manage residential construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met and all work is completed on time and within budget.</li><li>Communicate with clients to establish project goals and provide progress updates.</li><li>Prepare project budgets, estimate costs, and develop project schedules.</li><li>Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.</li><li>Monitor project progress and track expenses to ensure completion within budget.</li><li>Identify and address project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.</li><li>Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.</li><li>Manage project teams and provide guidance and support to team members.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prefer candidates with existing relationships with Architects in the Bay Area.</li><li>Respect for architecture and interior design</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite and Procore.</li><li>Bachelor's degree: preferably in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in high-end custom residential construction project management in the San Francisco Bay Area</li><li>Strong knowledge of residential construction techniques, materials, and methods.</li><li>Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.</li></ul> Salary and Benefits<ul><li>Full time&nbsp;</li><li>Salary $110,000 - $160,000 per year, Depending on Experience.</li><li>Health Care</li><li>Retirement Plan with employer matching</li><li>10 Paid Holidays per year</li><li>PTO</li></ul>We recognize that Black, Indigenous and other people of color, women, and LGBTQIA+ individuals are disproportionately excluded from the residential construction industry.
